Payment is to be made within 24 hours from the time you place your order. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or whatsapp @+65 92727973 with a screenshot of your receipt/transaction upon making your payment and kindly quote the following:
- Your Name (As per our system records)
- Your Order Number (This can be found in your order history)
- Amount Transferred
- Date, Time & Transaction Reference
With the introduction of iFAST on most local banks, we can accept bank transfers made on the iFAST transactions.
- Goods sold are non-refundable
- Payment verification & update : We will verify your payment and update your order accordingly. You will receive an email notification informing you that your payment has successfully been received, and your order is currently being processed for delivery.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Your items will reach you within 3 working days (excluding Weekends & Singapore Public Holidays) from the day it is shipped out. You may track your parcels on Singpost with the tracking number, wherever applicable. (kindly email or whatsapp us if you require the tracking number)

Our Exchange Policy applies for all products in the unlikely occurrence of the following:

If you have received a defective item, please drop us an email at email@example.com within 3 days from the receipt of your parcel, and we will confirm the exchange details. We offer a one-to-one exchange for all defective items, subject to the availability of the item.
Incorrect Item(s) Received
If you have received an incorrect item, please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days from the receipt of your parcel, and we will confirm the exchange details.
All returned items should be in new and unused condition and are to be returned in their original packaging, inclusive of all product parts and features, if any.
Strictly No Cash Refunds
We seek your understanding that we do not offer cash refunds on all orders that have been sold, delivered or cancelled.
